policies

  • Shoes must be removed at the front entrance of the studio. Grippy socks must be worn for all Reformer classes for hygiene purposes. For Mat classes, you’re free to wear socks or go barefoot, whatever is most comfortable for you.

  • For everyone’s safety, our doors lock right at the start of class and late entry isn’t allowed. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early so you have time to check in and settle before we begin.

  • Children under 13 aren’t allowed in the studio. Teens ages 13–17 are welcome to join class but must be accompanied by an adult. For safety reasons, minors can’t wait in the studio during class.

  • We ask that you silence your phone and keep it with your belongings during class, unless it’s an emergency.

  • To protect everyone’s privacy, recording or taking photos during group classes isn’t allowed. If you’d like to capture something special, please speak with our team beforehand so we can get approval from the teacher and anyone who may be filmed or photographed.
