Class Bookings

Pilates is a comprehensive movement practice designed to unify mind and body. Our Mixed Level classes (Mat or Reformer) are designed for everyone. Instructors offer modifications and progressions throughout, so you can move at your own pace. Alternatively, , if you are new to pilates, we offer Reformer Foundations classes that introduce and strengthen your pilates technique so that you feel great in class at any level.

You can cancel or change your booking up to 12 hours before class to receive a credit. Changes made within 12 hours count as a late cancellation and will forfeit the class credit. All cancellations must be made online — email requests aren’t accepted. If something truly unexpected comes up, you can email us and we’ll talk with you about issuing a credit as a one-time exception.

Yes, mats and cleaning supplies are provided

Reformers, accessories, and cleaning supplies are provided in-studio. Just bring yourself, comfortable athletic clothing, and grip socks. If you do not have grip socks, they are available for purchase at the front desk.

If a class is full, you can join the waitlist (space permitting). You’ll need a class credit to hold your spot. If a space opens, you’ll be automatically added and notified. You may be added up to 1 hour before class.

Reformer Foundations is a slower-paced class focused on building strength, alignment, and confidence on the Pilates Reformer. It’s perfect for beginners learning the basics, as well as experienced clients who want to deepen their understanding of the movements and strengthen their foundation before advancing to more challenging classes.
Private Classes

Privates can be booked up to 24 hours in advance.

We offer 3 and 5 single private packages. Private session packs are available to purchase through your Momence account or on pricing page.

Shoes must be removed at the front entrance of the studio. Grippy socks must be worn for all Reformer classes for hygiene purposes. For Mat classes, you’re free to wear socks or go barefoot, whatever is most comfortable for you.

For everyone’s safety, our doors lock right at the start of class and late entry isn’t allowed. We recommend arriving at least 5 minutes early so you have time to check in and settle before we begin.

Children under 13 aren’t allowed in the studio. Teens ages 13–17 are welcome to join class but must be accompanied by an adult. For safety reasons, minors can’t wait in the studio during class.

We ask that you silence your phone and keep it with your belongings during class, unless it’s an emergency.

To protect everyone’s privacy, recording or taking photos during group classes isn’t allowed. If you’d like to capture something special, please speak with our team beforehand so we can get approval from the teacher and anyone who may be filmed or photographed.
